A. Somewhere there's one with a video clip, but I don't remember where. You might like to check out potters.org - there's a lot of information available there. It took a long time and a lot of teachers to get me to center properly. For one thing it's not easy, and for another I'm left-handed. Finally found a left-handed teacher.

Religious Christian are always trying to defend God without knowing the ways of God . God is indeed the Creator of Darkness and Light right from the beginning of verse one in the Bible.
